Breck’s 60th anniversary season gets underway Friday with skiing and riding based out of Peak 8, plus DJ cat music, free waffles and a first chair banner break to kick off the festivities Breck plans to debut the new Freedom SuperChair this season, targeting early Dec. opening Vail Mountain opens with nearly 80-acres of terrain for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy with over 35 inches of natural snow so far this season, plus the work of Vail’s impressive snowmaking system Excitement is at an all-time high for the return of opening season events like Revely Vail, Vail Après, Powabunga and Vail Snow Days

Vail Resorts’ Capital Investments:New Terrain and New Lifts Coming to its Colorado Resorts for Winter 2021-22
From investments in new lifts and technology, to base area upgrades, new facilities and restaurants, Vail Resorts is continually looking for ways to enhance the guest experience across our North American resorts. Since 2008, the company has invested an unparalleled $1.5 billion back into its resorts, and heading into the 2021-22 winter season another $120 million will be invested across its resorts, including significant enhancements at 4 out of 5 of the resorts based in Colorado. These investments, paired with a bold price reset for the Epic Pass, continue to make getting on the mountain easier and better than ever in Colorado and beyond.

Vail Resorts’ Colorado Resorts Kick Off Summer Operations Starting on June 12
Vail Resorts announced today plans for summer operations at its five Colorado resorts. Crested Butte will kick off the summer season and operations on June 12, with Breckenridge on June 18, Vail and Beaver Creek on June 19, and Keystone on June 24. Following a reduced operating footprint last summer, guests can look forward to more activities on tap at the resorts for the upcoming summer season. Below is a sample of the fun to come this summer at the Colorado resorts.

Vail Resorts Takes Precautions for Coronavirus (COVID-19)
All Vail Resorts properties are operating normally. The health and wellbeing of our employees and guests is our top priority. As a part of that commitment, Vail Resorts is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization’s (WHO) statements regarding novel coronavirus (COVID-2019) and following the guidelines from these agencies, as well as from local health departments where we operate resorts in the United States, Canada and Australia.

Vail Fires Up Snowmaking as Mother Nature Delivers up to 9 Inches of Snow Across Colorado
